14!

This little cutie turned 14!

He's pretty excited about it!

Decorations start at the front door,

and go into the entryway.

Poor Spenser had to "work" on his birthday, from 8 a.m. til 8 p.m.  His day started with a percussion clinic in the morning at Highland High School, and a marching band competition at Mesquite High in the afternoon.

Finally that evening, he got to open presents.

Then it was time for cake, in his case, a cookie cake.

Today is his official birthday party, with members of the drum-line coming over for a sleep-over.  He's also on Fall Break, so yes, it's party time!
